Soupe aux asperges

Ingrédient

  • 3 c table de beurre ou de margarine
  • 6 tasse d'eau
  • 1-1/2 tasse de carottes râpées
  • 1 bottes d'asperges fraîches
  • sel et poivre
  • 2/3 tasses de nouilles aux oeufs
  • ¾ tasse de crème à 35%

Préparation

  1. Faire revenir le beurre, ajouter l'eau, le sel et le poivre
  2. Lorsque l'eau est bouillante, ajouter les légumes et les faire cuire aldente. Ajouter les nouilles et cuire 5 minutes.
  3. Lorsque la cuisson est complétée, ajouter la crème. Chauffer seulement mais ne pas bouillir.
