Sauce blanche au 100% Parmesan

Ingrédients

  • 2 c. à soupe de beurre
  • 2 c. à soupe de farine tout usage
  • 1 tasse de lait
  • 1 tasse de fromage râpé 100 % Parmesan KRAFT
  • 8 tasses nouilles cuites chaudes

Préparation

  1. FONDRE le beurre dans une petite casserole. Incorporer la farine. En chauffant au feu mi-élevé, incorporer graduellement le lait, en remuant au fouet constamment pour empêcher la formation de grumeaux. AJOUTER le fromage. SERVIR sur des nouilles cuites chaudes.
