Ingrédient
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) brown sugar*
- 1 egg*, beaten
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) applesauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Melitta Estate Blend coffee
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) butter*, softened
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) all-purpose flour*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) whole-wheat flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. (7 mL) baking soda*
- 1 cup (250 mL) Jordan cereal with nuts
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, egg, applesauce and coffee together. Mix in butter. Set aside.
- In another bowl, sift together flours, cinnamon and baking soda and mix in cereal. Add liquid mixture gradually, stirring gently. Drop by tablespoonfuls (15 mL / 1 Tbsp.) onto a lightly oiled and floured baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake about 10 min
