Ingrédient
- 1 3/4 lb. (795 g) blue grapes
- 2 3/4 cups (630 mL) white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) cinnamon
Preparation
- Once the jelly is strained, work fast because it sets instantly. In a deep pot, put washed, drained grapes. Pour sugar and cinnamon over grapes.
- Bring to a boil and simmer 25 minutes, stirring often. Strain and fill sterilized jars. cool and seal.
