Blue Grape Jelly

Ingrédient

  • 1 3/4 lb. (795 g) blue grapes
  • 2 3/4 cups (630 mL) white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Once the jelly is strained, work fast because it sets instantly. In a deep pot, put washed, drained grapes. Pour sugar and cinnamon over grapes.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer 25 minutes, stirring often. Strain and fill sterilized jars. cool and seal.
