Ingredient
- 2 eggs* at room temperature
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) corn starch*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sugar*
- 2 cups (500 mL) milk
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) lemon juice
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) lemon zest
Preparation
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, corn starch, sugar and milk.
- Cook in a double boiler, stirring all the time until the mixture thickens, about 8 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice and zest. Mix well and chill.
