Ingredient
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup torn fresh mint
Preparation
- COMBINE dressing ingredients; whisk to combine. Add cucumbers; toss to coat. REFRIGERATE 4 to 6 hours to develop flavors. Garnish with mint; serve.
