MARINADE
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1 pound rare roast beef, thinly sliced
MARINADE
- COMBINE garlic, red pepper flakes, pepper, rosemary and oil in shallow dish. Add roast beef; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
