ingredient
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) olive oil*
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 4 juniper berries, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) chopped fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) honey
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 lamb chops
Preparation
- In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add chops and refrigerate for 2 hrs. Preheat barbecue to medium. Cook drained chops 2-3 min. per side.
