ingredient
- 1/2 red pepper, in strips
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles olive oil*
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Red Grill Angus barded beef tournedos
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Irresistibles olive oil*
Preparation
- Heat oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry onions and red pepper, then cherry tomatoes. Season and keep warm.
- Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook tournedos 3 - 4 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Remove barding (fat). Serve immediately with stir-fried vegetables and a mesclun salad
