Ingredient
- 500 g (1 lb) halibut, cubed
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 limes, pressed
- 1 grapefruit, pressed
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) coriander, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tsp) sea salt
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well. Refrigerate mixture for about 2 hours (stirring 3 or 4 times). Serve in cocktail glasses and garnish with grapefruit segments and lime sections.

Serves: 4-6
Chef's Tip: For those who like to spice things up, add a few drops of Tabasco sauce!
