Fondue au fromage 1

Ingrédients

  • 1 livre de fromage gruyère râpé
  • 1 livre de fromage emmenthal râpé
  • 2 tasses de vin blanc d'Alsace
  • 1 c. à thé de fécule de maïs mêlée à 1 c. à table de cognac
  • muscade
  • 1 gousse d'ail

Préparation

  1. Frotter le caquelon avec l'ail.
  2. Chauffer le vin. Petit à petit, incorporer les fromages afin qu'ils fondent bien. Ajouter la fécule de maïs mêlée au cognac.Ajouter la muscade au goût.
