Ingredients
- 1 broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1/2 cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) Swiss cheese, grated
- salt and ground pepper
Directions
- Blanch vegetables in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain well. Arrange vegetables and prosciutto in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese, season with salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 180°C (350°F) for 8 minutes.
