Couscous tropical aux fruits

Ingrédients

  • 1 sac (600 g) Mélange fiesta tropical Europe's Best
  • 200 mL (3/4 tasse) bouillon de volaille
  • 45 mL (3 c. à table) jus d'orange concentré
  • 2 citrons (le jus)
  • 300 mL (1 1/4 tasse) couscous
  • 75 mL (5 c. à table) beurre fondu
  • 30 mL (2 c. à table) feuilles de menthe fraîches hachées
  • 45 mL (3 c. à table) pignons de pin grillés (Garniture)

Préparation

  1. Mélanger le bouillon de volaille, le jus d'orange concentré et le jus de citron. Y incorporer le couscous. Cuire 2 minutes à couvert, à feu doux. Ajouter le beurre fondu. Garder au chaud.
  2. Décongeler au micro-ondes le Mélange fiesta tropical Europe's Best et l'incorporer au couscous bien chaud, ainsi que la menthe hachée. Garnir de pignons de pin grillés.
