Ingrédients

  • 5 tasses d'eau
  • 2 c. a thé de persil
  • 2 gousses d'ail hachées
  • 1 feuille de laurier
  • 1 sachet de soupe à l'oignon
  • 1 cube de bouillon de poulet
  • 1 1/2 tasse de vin blanc
  • 1/2 c. a thé de poivre noir

Préparation

  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un chaudron. Laisser mijoter environ 1 heure.
