Ingredients
- ¼ cucumber, peeled (approx. 6 to 8 cm)
- 60 ml plain yogurt
- 60 ml sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 ml dried dill
- Pinch salt
Preparation
- Grate cucumber, then place in cheese cloth or paper towel and press to squeeze out liquid. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat together until smooth. Serve.
