Hoummos

Ingredients

  • 540 ml (19 onces)
  • Pois chiches, en conserve, égouttés et rincés
  • 45 ml Jus de citron
  • 45 ml Huile végétale
  • 125 ml Eau
  • 5 ml Ail, haché
  • 2 ml Cumin
  • 1 Pincée de sel
  • 1 Pincée de poivre
  • 45 ml Yogourt nature
  • Persil frais (facultatif)

Preparation

  1. Au mélangeur, réduire les pois chiches en purée avec le jus de citron, l'huile, l'eau, l'ail, le cumin, le sel et le poivre. Mélanger jusqu'à l'obtention d'une texture lisse. Ajouter le yogourt nature. Mélanger. Servir en décorant le hoummos de quelques branches de persil frais.
