Ingredients

  • 340 g pkg NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Morsels or Milk Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 ½ cups each puffed rice cereal and quick oats 375 ml
  • ½ cup flaked coconut 125 ml
  • 1/3 cups shelled sunflower seeds 75 ml
  • ½ cup honey 125 ml
  • ¼ cup butter 50 ml
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter 75 ml

preparation

  1. COAT 13 x 9- inch (3.5 L) baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. COMBINE morsels, cereal, oats, coconut and sunflower seeds in large bowl.
  3. HEAT honey and butter in small, uncovered saucepan until mixture just comes to a boil; reduce heat. Boil gently for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until melted and well combined
  4. POUR peanut butter mixture over chocolate mixture in bowl. Stir well to combine (morsels will melt). Firmly press mixture into prepared baking pan with a spatula or back of a spoon. Cover; refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars. Store in a covered container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
