Ingredients
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons ) olive oil
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 10 ml (2 Teaspoon) chopped garlic
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) frozen corn kernels
- 1 liter (4 cups) milk
- 500 ml (2 cups) vegetable broth
- 2 potatoes cut into cubes
- 10 mushrooms halved
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 box of frozen fish fillets of 400g (sole, haddock or cod)
- 1 box 142g clams rinsed and drained.
