Carottes au cumin

Ingrédients

  • 1 kilo de carottes
  • 2 c. à soupe de beurre
  • 2 c. à thé de sucre
  • 1 pincée de cumin

Préparation

  1. Éplucher les carottes ; les couper en tronçons.
  2. Faire cuire les carottes dans un fond d'eau (1/2 pouce) avec le beurre, le sucre et le cumin. Couvrir et laisser cuire à feu moyen environ 30 minutes. Vérifier de temps en temps pour s'assurer que les carottes ne collent pas.
