Ingrédients

  • 1 abaisse
  • 2 tasses de rhubarbe
  • 1/3 tasse de farine
  • 1 tasse de sucre
  • 1 tasse de crème 35%

Préparation

  1. Déposer la rhubrabe dans l'abaisse non cuite. Mélanger le sucre, la farine et la crème. Cuire au four à 425 F. 15 minutes. Baisser la température et continuer la cuisson à 300 F. environ45 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que la rhubarbe soit tendre.
