Ingredient
- 1 lemon quarters
- In sufficient quantity granulated sugar
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Cognac
- 125 ml (½ cup) Grand Marnier or triple sec
- 125 ml (½ cup) Bailey's Irish cream or Kaluha
- 4 light espresso coffee, still warm
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- For garnish coffee beans
Preparation
- Rub glass rims with lemon quarters then dip in sugar. Divide cognac, Grand Marnier and Bailey's into 4 glasses.
- One glass at a time, flambé alcohol with a candle or a fondue burner. Then turn the glass and bend slightly over the flame. Add coffee. Top with one scoop of ice cream and coffee beans.
