Moules provençales

Ingrédients

  • 1 kg (2,2 lb) de moules
  • 200 ml (7 oz) de sauce tomate
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de vin blanc
  • 10 ml (2 c. à thé) de basilic haché

Préparation

  1. Lavez les moules à l´eau froide. Rincez bien. Dans un bol, ajoutez les ingrédients pour la sauce provençale. Incorporez les moules et mélangez pour que celles-ci soient enrobées de sauce.
  2. Disposez dans un plat d´aluminium de grande taille 23 cm x 33 cm (9 po x 13 po). Fermez à l´aide d´une feuille d´aluminium et faites cuire au barbecue à température moyenne, pendant 10 à 15 minutes.
