Sauce nuoc-cham

Ingrédients

  • 2,5 ml (1/2 c. à thé) de piment fort rouge frais (cerise ou autre), haché finement
  • 1 gousse d'ail, hachée finement
  • 5 ml (1 c. à thé) de sucreLe jus d'une lime
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) d'eau
  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) de sauce de poisson (nuoc-mam)

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol, mélanger le piment, l'ail, le sucre, le jus de lime, l'eau et la sauce de poisson . Cette sauce se conserve au réfrigérateur pendant plus d'une semaine.
