Sauce aux bleuets 1

Ingrédients

  • 750 ml (3 tasses) de bleuets surgelés, ou frais
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de jus de pomme
  • 180 ml (3/4 tasse) de sucre
  • 5 ml (1 c. à thé) de jus de citron

Préparation

  1. Dans une casserole, mélanger tous les ingrédients. Porter à ébullition et laisser mijoter environ 5 minutes à feu moyen en remuant fréquemment. Laisser tiédir. Conserver au réfrigérateur.
