Sauce tartare 3

Ingrédients

  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) de yogourt nature
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) de mayonnaise
  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) de roquette ou Persil plat, haché
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de moutarde de Dijon
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de relish sucrée
  • 5 ml (1 c. à thé) de câpres égouttées et hachées
  • Sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol, mélanger tous les ingrédients. Réfrigérer. Servir avec les galettes de poisson, les fish and chips et les poissons poêlés ou grillés.
