Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse de sucre
  • 1/3 tasse de vinaigre blanc
  • 1/4 tasse de Ketchup heinz (PAS DE SUBSTITUT)
  • Le jus de 1/2 citron
  • 2 1/2 c. à table de fécule de maïs
  • colorant rouge

Préparation

  1. Fondre le sucre avec le vinaigre, le ketchup et le jus de citron sur un feu lent. Bouillir environ 1 minute.
  2. Épaissir avec de la fécule de maïs dans un peu d'eau jusqu'à consistance désirée. Ajouter quelques gouttes de de colorant rouge. Comparable facilement à la sauce du commerce.
