Creton au poulet

Ingrédients

  • 454 g de poulet haché extra maigre
  • 10 onces crème de poulet
  • 1/2 boîte eau
  • 1/2 oignon haché finement
  • 1 c à thé de moutarde de dijon en grain
  • sel et poivre au goût
  • un peu d'épices à creton

Préparation

  1. Cuire la viande, égoutter s'il a lieu, puis mélangez le reste des ingrédients. Cuire à feu doux pendant 45 minutes.
