Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Apricot and/or Raspberry Preserves

Preparation

  1. Combine margarine and cream cheese, add flour and salt. Chill dough for a few hours. Roll out on board sprinkled with powdered sugar. Cut into circles and place on a cookie sheet. Spread with preserves and fold over two of the edges. Bake at 375 F for 12 to 15 minutes, do not let them get brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
