  • 1/4 de tasse d'huile d'olive

  • 2 c. à table de cassonade
  • 2 c. à thé de moutarde de Dijon
  • 1 c. à thé d'herbes séchées à votre choix
  • 1 c. à table de persil séché
  • sel et poivre.

Préparation

  1. Mélanger tous le ingrédients.
  2. Bonne marinade pour toutes viandes
