Creamy Pesto Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (450 g) frozen haddock fillets (Do not thaw.)
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
  • 2 Tbsp. pesto
  • 1 tomato, chopped

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix Miracle Whip and pesto; spread onto fish. Top with tomatoes.
  4. Bake 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
