Ingrédients

  • 1 bte (15 oz.) d'asperges non coupées, égouttés
  • 5 tomatoes cerises, coupées en quartiers
  • 2 patates rouges moyennes, cuites et tranchées
  • 1/2 tasse de concombres tranchés
  • 1/4 tasse d'échalotes coupées en dés
  • 2 c à table de vianaigre de vin blanc
  • 2 c à thé d'huile d'olive
  • 2 c à table de persil frais haché

Préparation

  1. Placer les asperges dans un assiette de service.
  2. Sur les asperges déposer les tomates, patates, concombres et les échalotes.
  3. Mélanger le vinaigre, l'huile et le persil mélanger et déposer à la cuillère sur la salade..
