Ingrédients

  • 4 sous-marins nature ou légèrement grillés
  • 1 tasse de goberge, hachée grossièrement
  • 1 tasse de crevettes nordiques, cuites
  • 2 à 3 c. à table de mayonnaise ou yogourt nature
  • 2 c. à table relish
  • 1/2 oignon, haché finement
  • 2 c. à table de persil frais ou ciboulette, haché
  • jus d'un 1/2 citron
  • feuilles de laitue
  • sel et poivre, au goût

Préparation

  1. Mélanger la goberge, les crevettes, la mayonnaise , la relish, l'oignon et le persil. Parfumer de jus de citron. Assaisonner et mélanger. Étaler cette préparation sur les pains et garnir de laitue. Servir et accompagner d'une salade de choux ou autres
