Ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 pkg. (750 g) frozen stir-fry vegetables (snow peas, carrots, red and yellow peppers), thawed, drained
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
Preparation
- Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add meat and garlic; stir-fry 2 min.
- Add vegetables, dressing and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and meat is done.
- Spoon rice onto platter; top with meat mixture.

J'ai pris des légumes à mon choix et j'ai cuit al dente...
Attention ma remarque est que la viande cuite et on continue la cuisson avec la sauce et les légumes comme la recette demande devient dur.....
Je propose de cuire des lanières de filet mignon en dernier sans les mettre dans la marinade, comme un steak et rosée.. Évidemment un riz blanc plus belle finition et de présentation, plus de punch. Le goût est super cool....... Franden
