Confiture de bleuets et de rhubarbe

Ingrédients

  • 2 L (8 tasses) de bleuets frais
  • 1 L (4 tasses) de rhubarbe, en morceaux de 1,25 cm (1/2 po)
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) d'eau
  • 1 L (4 tasses) de sucre

Préparation

  1. Dans une grande casserole, mélanger les fruits et l'eau. À feu moyen, faire cuire 10 à 12 minutes, à découvert.
  2. Ajouter le sucre; mélanger un peu. Amener à ébullition; laisser bouillir environ 10 minutes, à découvert.
