Ingredient
- 1/3 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 orange
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 small zucchini, cut lengthwise in half
- 1 small yellow zucchini, cut lengthwise in half
- 1 red pepper, cut into quarters
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
Preparation
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Mix barbecue sauce, zest and juice until blended.
- Grill chicken 3 min. on each side; brush with 1/4 cup sauce.
- Add vegetables to barbecue. Grill chicken and vegetables 9 to 12 min. or until chicken is done (170°F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing chicken with remaining barbecue sauce mixture and brushing vegetables with dressing.

Special Extra
Stir 1/4 tsp. ground ginger into barbecue sauce mixture before using as directed.
Substitute 3 cups of your favourite fresh vegetables, such as portobello mushroom caps, carrot slices and/or red onion rings, for the zucchini and peppers.
