Sous-marin au rosbif

Ingrédients

  • 1 petit pain baguette croustillant de 40cm à [15 pouces]
  • Beurre ou margarine
  • Moutarde douce ou forte ou mayonnaise
  • Rosbif tranché en tranches très minces

Préparation

  1. Couper le pain en deux sur le sens de la longueur. Badigeonner de beurre ou de margarine. Ajouter moutarde et/ou mayonnaise au goût.
  2. Bien placer les tranches de rosbif Fermer le pain. Couper en deux pour obtenir deux portions.
