Ingrédients

  • 1 livre de filet de sole ou de doré
  • 2 tasses de farine
  • 3 c. à thé de sel
  • 2 c. à thé de poudre à pâte
  • 2 oeufs
  • 1 1/4 de lait
  • 2 c. à soupe d'huile

Préparation

  1. Mélanger ensembles les ingrédients secs. Ajouter les oeufs, le lait et l'huile. Brasser pour que la pâte soit lisse. La pâte sera un peu épaisse. Tremper le poisson dans ce mélange et faire frire dans l'huile chaude.
