Glaçage au chocolat noir

Ingrédients

  • 5 carrés [1 once / 28 g chacun] de chocolat non-sucré
  • 1/2 tasse [125 mL] de beurre ramolli
  • 3 onces [80 mL] d'eau
  • 3 tasses [750 mL] de sucre à glacer
  • 1 oeuf

Préparation

  1. À feu doux, faire fondre le chocolat avec le beurre et l'eau; refroidir. Ajouter le sucre à glacer et l'oeuf. Mélanger; battre 2 minutes au batteur électrique, à basse vitesse. Réfrigérer jusqu'à consistance désirée et glacer un gâteau refroidi.
