Ingrédients

  • 1 blanc d'oeuf
  • 1 pomme râpée
  • ½ tasse sucre

Préparation

  1. Fouetter avec un malaxeur le tout dans un bol jusqu'à obtenir une crème épaisse, crémeuse et qui se tient bien. Peut être long dépendamment des fruits utilisés
  2. Pour remplacer les pommes on peut utiliser: fraises, framboises, pêches, bananes. Servir avec un gâteau blanc.
