Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse de cassonade
  • 3/4 tasse jus de pommes
  • 1/4 c. thé cannelle
  • 1/4 tasse de beurre
  • 1 tasse de pommes hachées finement
  • noix ou raisins au goût

Préparation

  1. Mélanger ensemble la cassonade, jus de pommes et cannelle et bouillir jusqu'à sirop soit épaissi environ 5 minutes
  2. Ajouter le beurre, noix et ou raisins.

Cook commentary

Donne 1 1/2 tasse.
Merveilleux sur vol-au-vent et crème glacée!
