Ingrédients

  • 1 cuisse de canard confit effilochée
  • Haricots verts blanchis
  • ½ pomme verte en rondelles
  • 4 figues fraîches coupées en 2
  • 1 tasse d'avocat mûr tranché
  • 1 échalote ciselée
  • Vinaigre de Xérès
  • Huile d'olive
  • Au goût, sel et poivre
