Ingrédients

  • lb de boeuf haché
  • 1/2 lb de porc haché
  • 1/2 lb de veau haché
  • 1/2 tasse d'oignons hachés finement
  • 1 branche de céleri hachée
  • 2 oeufs
  • 1 tasse de chapelure
  • 1 boîte de crème de tomate
  • 1 c. à thé de sel
  • 1/2 c. à thé de poivre
  • 1 c. à thé de persil
  • 1/2 c. à thé d'origan

Préparation

  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients et façonner en forme de pain dans un plat en pyrex. Recouvrir de crème de tomate. Couvrir et cuire au four à 350 F, environ 45 minutes.
