Crab rolls

Ingrédients

  • 375 ml (1 1/2 tasse) de chair de crabe
  • 1 branche de céleri, en brunoise
  • 1 carotte râpée
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de mayonnaise
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de paprika fumé
  • Sel et poivre, au goût
  • 4 gros pains au lait coupés en deux
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de jeunes pousses d'épinard

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol, mélanger la chair de crabe, le céleri, la carotte, la mayonnaise et le paprika. Saler et poivrer.
  2. Garnir les pains du mélange au crabe, puis des épinards. Refermer les sandwichs et servir.
