Sauce Diabolo

Ingrédients

  • 3 gousses d'ail hachées
  • 3 échalotes hachées (moi 2)
  • 1/4 tasse d'huile végétale
  • 2 c. à soupe de vinaigre blanc
  • 1/2 tasse de ketchup
  • sel, poivre
  • 2 c. à soupe de sauce worcestershire
  • 1 c. à thé de moutarde sèche
  • 1 c. à soupe de cassonade

Préparation

  1. Bien mélanger tous les ingrédients et servir avec la viande à fondue.
