Ingrédients

  • 1/4 de tasse de beurre
  • 8 onces de fromage à la crème ramolli
  • 2 c. à table]de jus de citron
  • 1 c. à table de zeste de citron râpé
  • 1/2 c. à thé de vanille
  • 5 tasses de sucre à glacer

Préparation

  1. Battre ensemble le beurre, le fromage à la crème, le jus de citron, le zeste de citron et la vanille, jusqu'à ce que le mélange soit léger.
  2. Incorporer lentement le sucre à glacer. Battre jusqu'à ce que le mélange soit léger et crémeux.
