Sauce tomatée au cognac

Ingrédients

  • 250 ml (1 tasse) de mayonnaise maison ou du commerce
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de sauce à fruits de mer (cocktail)
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de cognac
  • Sel et poivre au goût

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol, bien mélanger tous les ingrédients à l'aide d'un fouet.
