Salsa de fraises et d'ananas

Ingrédients

  • 250 ml (1 tasse) de fraises fraîches tranchées
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) d'ananas coupé en dés
  • 3 oignons verts finement hachés

Préparation

  1. Pour chaque recette de salsa, mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un bol et conserver au réfrigérateur jusqu'au moment du service.
  2. Les salsas accompagnent à merveille les filets de porc, la volaille, les brochettes et les saucisses.
