Grillades de veau, sauce chili

Ingrédients

  • 8 escalopes de veau
  • Sauce chili
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) oignon rouge, émincé
  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) vinaigre balsamique *
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) huile d'olive extra-vierge *
  • 1 branche de romarin
  • 1 gousse d'ail, émincée
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) sauce chili

Préparation

  1. Préchauffer le barbecue à intensité moyenne.
  2. Mélanger tous les ingrédients de la sauce chili. Badigeonner les escalopes de sauce.
  3. Cuire sur le barbecue de 1 à 2 minutes de chaque côté selon l'épaisseur, en badigeonnant de sauce
