Sauce à l'ail et aux fines herbes

Ingrédients

  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) mayonnaise légère*
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) yogourt 1 % nature
  • 2 gousses d'ail, émincées
  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) fines herbes fraîches (ciboulette, estragon, basilic et persil)

Préparation

  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients. Couvrir et réfrigérer.
