Cretons de ma tante Rachel

Ingrédients

  • 1 lb de porc haché mi-maigre
  • 1 tasse de mie de pain sec
  • 1 oignons haché très fin
  • 1 tasse de lait
  • sel-poivre
  • clou de girofle, au goût
  • canelle, au goût
  • sariette, au goût

Préparation

  1. Mettre tous les ingrédients dans une casserole. Bien mélanger et laisser cuire à feu doux, environ une heure. Brasser 2-3 fois durant la cuisson.
